There’s something powerful that happens when people come together with the intention to grow, not just for themselves, but for the impact they can have on others.
This morning I hosted the first launch workshop for Valuable & Visible, and even through a screen, I could feel it: energy, curiosity, and a willingness to think differently about how we show up.
And if you’re reading this, you’re part of that conversation too.
The Shift Most People Haven’t Been Told
Most people are led to believe that getting noticed comes from doing more.
More posting.
More networking.
More trying to “put yourself out there.”
But the real shift is this:
It’s not about doing more. It’s about showing up more clearly.
Because you already have the knowledge.
You already have the experience.
What’s been missing isn’t capability, it’s clarity.
Why People Get Overlooked
This is the frustrating part.
You can be thoughtful, capable, and hardworking… and still get passed over.
Not because someone else is better.
But because they’re more memorable.
In a world where everything sounds polished (and increasingly AI-generated),
clear, distinct thinking is what stands out.
Where to Start
If you’re not sure how to begin, start here:
- What do people consistently come to you for?
- What’s something you see differently than others?
- When have you felt compelled to speak up or challenge the norm?
These interactions and inspirations are not random
These are signals that your perspective is important
What I Hope You Take With You
You don’t need to become someone else to be seen. The world needs your knowledge now.
Here’s a link to the recording of the workshop to get you started.
It’s your turn.
