📚WOW. We’re exactly two weeks out from launch day, May 5. 📚

I’m not sure I’ve shared this before, but my book was originally supposed to launch in July.
I worked hard with Wiley and burned a lot of midnight oil to move it up.

On purpose.

Because I know EXACTLY why I wrote this book, and why it matters at this very moment.

Spring is decision season in the workforce:
⬆️ Promotions. Career pivots. Business launches. Graduations. 🎓

It’s always been a high-stakes time.
But now, AI is quietly deciding who gets seen, chosen, and remembered.

I don’t want you to miss that window.

I wrote this book because some of my former students told me I needed to, and I couldn’t shake the call to action.

I know how frustrating it is to work incredibly hard toward your dreams and still struggle to gain traction.
Or worse… feel overlooked.

That’s why I got into marketing. At my core, I believe every good organization—and every human—deserves to be seen, heard, and considered. 💡

Over time, I became especially passionate about the humans because I noticed something:

The people with the most valuable ideas are often the least likely to share them…
because they hate self-promotion. Most of us do.

So I redefined personal branding without it.

1️⃣ Value first. ✅ Visibility follows.

You can become memorable in a way that creates real impact for others (and real opportunities for you) without playing the hype-driven, algorithm-first game.

I want this spring to be the moment things align for YOU.

It’s your turn.

That’s why I worked so hard to move the publication date up to May 5.

⭐ Yesterday I opened the box. And I watched early readers start opening theirs. ⭐

So surreal.

Eighteen months of writing the proposal, pitching publishers, writing, editing, marketing…
The thinking. The rewriting. The second-guessing.
The missed moments with loved ones.
The times I wasn’t sure I’d get here.

And now…

It’s something I can finally hold in my hands. 🙌🏻

Thank YOU for supporting me through all of it.
This author truly doesn’t have the words.
